Hey, Hey, Hey!
Time to go local again this year of 2015 :) This time, in Zambales. My first out of town for the year. Yey!
Anawagin Cove. It was a short notice invite by my clingy friend, Duchess. At first I was hesistant to join because I got no partner (what a lame reason) haha but eventually, after some thoughts, I gave in and join :) Why, just because. Haha. Naaaah, kasi over these past few months, things have been really hard on me. Relationship and Career wise. Been getting tired of all the mandatory OTs every farkin' daaaaamn daaaaaay! Routine, routine, routine! How I wish I just live somewhere near McKinley, haaaaist!
Anyhoo, yea, that's why I said YES. Hihihih. I just needed some time to relax and get close with our mother nature. (naks!)
Took a half-day at work. Left the office at around 2AM and went to our meeting place at StarMall.
Manila-Pundaquit took us 4-5 hours to travel by van.
Met new friends in Anawangin :) Team Jennifer. |
Our Nga-Nga moments. Haha. Pati Lucky 9 pinatos na namin and then we tried to get some sleep but due to the super HOT weather, wala din. It was the longest 3 hours, I think for us. We had to wait for our lunch to be served. Haha.
After lunch, it was super hot that we didn't want to go into the water. Sooo, what else is there to do but to DRINK and CHILL:) Hahahahaha. #teamamalia and #teamjennifer
At around 4-ish, we already finished 3 bottles of Emperador. I even caught our kapit-tents watching us when we were having our session in the afternoon. Haha. Siguro sabi nila, 'ano ba tong mga to' di pa gabi, nagiinom na' Hahaha.
After that, we already decided to go to the beach!!!! *let's go the beach, beach!* haha.
The next morning, our group went on Trekking. It was a first for me.I knew that it was going to be hard... because its been ages since I used all these muscles of mine.
But in the end, all the PAGODS, HINGALS, and PAWIS'... they were all WORTH IT! What a great and amazing GOD we have for creating this kind of masterpiece :)
Bye for now, Anawangin :'( It was such a humbling experience for me. It was a first for me to sleep inside a tent, to sleep without a kuryente (no AC, no electric fan, no signal on our phones, no ilaw), to wait for an hour just to take a bath or take a pee or whatever just because there's a long pila (as in LONGGGGG, to mingle with other people from all walks of life.
On our way to the departure area at Pundaquit, we stopped by CAPONES ISLAND first. It waaaaaaaas so PRETTTYYY!!!!!! Promise :)
Traveler,
